Summer bulbs
Plants that bloom in summer are very sensitive to frost, which is why the bulbs are planted only in spring. Unlike the bulbs of plants that bloom in spring, those of plants that bloom in summer must be removed from the ground in the fall to be able to survive the winter and bloom again the following year. An exception is the lily. It also lasts the winter and can be planted in both spring and summer.
